I do not have a picture of this because I had already put away the leftovers and then realized I didn’t take a picture of how amazing it looked in the skillet.
This recipe was probably my favorite so far. My boyfriend really liked it too. I think it was the perfect amount of spicy. It wasn’t overly spicy but definitely had a little kick to it. It was quite easy to make and put together. It’s a decent meal for anyone but since it’s just the two of us it gave us enough leftovers for about three other meals.
I am a big fan of making meals that have enough leftover for another meal or two because I like it for lunch and so does my boyfriend. I highly recommend this giving this recipe a try. Even if you have picky eaters or are not really into spicy things if you just leave the red pepper flakes out there’s no spiciness and it’s just as delicious.
